Ching Chay Tho Memorial Preschool
Our objective is to develop the child’s curiosity, confidence, independence and resourcefulness, all of which are foundations for future learning. Children will learn to be a member of a group away from home, respect other people and property, and adapt to routines and following directions, while learning to accept and to express emotions in an appropriate manner. The curriculum provides opportunities for children to participate in meaningful, hands-on, interactive experiences.

Admission Requirements

The child must first pass the evaluation test to be administered by the Supervisor for the applied level.

Upon admission, the following must be submitted:

Accomplished Enrollment Reservation Form

2 photocopies of birth certificate from the National Statistics Office (NSO) with the original copy only for verification purposes

3 pcs 1x1 picture of the child on white background

2 pcs 1x1 picture of each parent, guardian, “yaya”, or driver on white background for use on the fetcher’s ID card

Report card from previous level attended

For non-Filipinos: 2 photocopies of ACR for Chinese citizens/foreigners and the original copy of the Student Permit for non-permanent residents.

Upon enrollment, the parent/guardian is required to fill up a Medical Record form of the child. All pertinent data about the child’s health, especially any medical condition, allergies, medication and immunization must be indicated in the record.
